AEI Painting is skilled and experienced in providing painting services to commercial properties, whether they are interior or exterior jobs. We have completed projects larger than 1 million square feet and projects as small as one room. A large majority of our work is in the educational sector and specialize in new school painting. One of the most important considerations of commercial painting jobs is the possibility of lost time while the painting service is being completed. Electrostatic painting
Electrostatic painting is our specialty. This is a special way of applying a durable coating by electrically charging the paint particles to a metal object. We currently perform electrostatic on lab cabinets, hotel railings, grocery store food cases, school lockers, wrought iron fencing and virtually anything that is conductive. In 1986, AEI Painting Contractors started its business under the name Atlantic Electrostatic, Inc. and only performed electrostatic coatings but since we were successful in this field, we decided to expand into the commercial wall and floor coating sector and have been very successful in completely our projects and having many satisfied clients.
Concrete Floor Polishing, Roof Coatings & Epoxy Floor Coatings
We have opened another division in our ever expanding company and now we offer concrete floor polishing, Epoxy Floor Coatings and Roof Coatings. Many large commercial retail facilities are going to polished floors for it is less maintenance and many times cheaper than other floor coverings. You may have seen the concrete polishing in Wal-mart, Home Depot, Lowes and many other large retail and industrial facilities. We also offer Uniflex roof coatings and painted epoxy floor coatings.
